Collaboration.
In doing this unit, ive not only learnt new skills. Ive learnt more about myself and different ways of working and how that effects people. Ive learnt to be more open and that i can lead a team and be organised about it if i need to. Ive also learnt when to let somebody else lead. Because my way isnt always ‘the best’ way to go. Overall. I really enjoyed this unit, i feel our team gelled really well and because of this. We made some quality work that im proud of.
