Zine

I will be honest, when I first got pitched on the idea of making a zine, I wasn’t a fan. because I didn’t understand why we had to make them. However, after writing my essay on Peter Lyle’s Paper Tigers, I’ve started to understand the meaning of why the tutors have asked us to create these zines. as its a different way to show your artwork. In essence, a zine is its own piece of artwork.

I really enjoyed putting the zine together, and because id been making a diary of mine and Laurens project, it was easy to pick out information and images we could use, we thought of using paperclips rather then glue to attach everything together. as it reinforces the essence of it being handmade.
