in the past, i would steer clear of volunteering, however over past few months (late is better than never!) i have slowly started to volunteer because it puts you in contact with people who can help you later on down the line; the lost carnival is a kind of mini arts festival with everything under the sun i enjoy there; drama, design, craft you name it, and it probably has a stall there!
so i took the plunge and volunteered!
and…
i got accepted! so soon i shall be getting placed into a small team with a design or creative brief, i’m excited because hopefully i can use this as an opportunity to network and get my ‘box of make believe’ out there!
